I created it based off of a dressing I love using garlic and nutritional yeast - it’s full of flavour and goes super well with any of our crackers, especially the Lime & Pepper or the Cheesy Yeshi.

Ingredients:
1 can (410ml/13.8oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
3-4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped (add more or less depending on your taste)
2 Tbsp water (add more for desired smoothness)

Directions:
Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend to puree and combine ingredients well. If you want a smoother consistency, add more water by the tablespoon.

Place in a bowl and serve with crackers and crudités!

You can make this a salad dressing too!

Just take about 3 tablespoons of the puree and place in a bowl, then add another table spoon of olive oil and another of water. Whisk to a silky sauce and drizzle over your favourite salad. Dress that up with some of our cracker crumbs! SO SO GOOD!

I love recipes that can do double, triple, quadruple duty! This keeps well for up to 3-5 days in the fridge (maybe even longer but it goes quick in my house!), so double up the batch and use it all week!
