Garlic White Bean Dip

I created this recipe based on a dressing I love. It is absolutely packed with flavour and pairs perfectly with any of our crackers, especially the Lime & Pepper or Cheezy Nutritional Yeast. I love recipes that do double duty—this keeps well for 3–5 days, so feel free to double the batch!

What You’ll Need

  • Food processor

  • Small bowl (for serving)

  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 can (410ml) Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/3 cup Nutritional yeast

  • 3–4 cloves Garlic (roughly chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Water (plus more for desired smoothness)

How It’s Done

  1. Combine: Place the beans, olive oil, nutritional yeast, and garlic into the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Purée: Blend until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

  3. Adjust: If you prefer a thinner, silkier consistency, add more water one tablespoon at a time while the processor is running.

  4. Serve: Transfer to a bowl and serve alongside your favourite crackers and crudités.

Make it a Dressing!

Want to turn this dip into a silky salad dressing? It’s simple:

  1. Place 3 tablespoons of the finished dip into a small bowl.

  2. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and enough water until it reaches your desired saucy consistency.

  3. Drizzle over your favourite greens and top with a handful of cracker crumbs for the perfect crunch. So, so good!
