Crispy Cheezy Air-fried Tofu Featuring our Own Spice Mix

Crispy, golden, and full of flavour, these tofu bites are the perfect quick snack or protein boost for salads, stir-fries, or dipping. Made with your favourite JMCC spice blend and a light coating of starch, they’re air-fried or baked to crunchy perfection—simple, satisfying, and totally plant-based.

Ingredients:

1 block Firm Tofu
2 Tbsp corn or potato starch
1 TBSP JMCC Cheezy Spice Blend
2 tsp Avocado Oil
Sea Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F or oven to 375°F.
  • Pat tofu dry and tear or cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix starch with JMCC spice blend.
  • Add tofu and toss to coat.
  • Spread tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with oil and shake gently to coat.
  • Cook for 15–20 minutes (air fryer) or about 20 minutes (oven), until golden and crispy - shake or toss half way through.
  • Enjoy as nuggets with your favourite dip, in a stir fry, or as salad croutons—with Jenny Marie’s Crackers on the side!
