Clean kitchen towel (to pat the tofu dry)

1 block Firm tofu

2 tbsp Corn or potato starch

1 tbsp JMCC Cheezy Spice Blend

2 tsp Avocado oil

Sea salt to taste
How It’s Done

Prep the Tofu: Pat the tofu block dry. For maximum "crunchy surface area," tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces rather than cutting it.

Coating Mix: In a large bowl, whisk together the starch and the JMCC Cheezy Spice Blend.

Toss: Add the tofu pieces to the bowl and toss gently until every nook and cranny is coated.

Arrange: Place the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and give them a quick shake.

Cook: Air fry at 360°F for 15–20 minutes, or bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.

Flip: Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or toss the pieces on the tray to ensure an even, golden-brown crunch.
